What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through our enquiry form or when you contact us directly:

• Your name
• Your phone number and/or email address
• Your preferred training location
• Any goals or details you choose to tell us

We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your free trial week and answer questions about our training. We rely on your consent, and on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, as our lawful basis for this.

We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. We never sell or pass your information to third parties for their own marketing.

How your enquiry reaches us

Our enquiry form gives you two options:

• Send on WhatsApp — this opens WhatsApp with your details in a message you choose to send. Your message is then handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy.
• Submit enquiry online — this sends your details to our email inbox using the form-delivery service FormSubmit, which processes the message purely to deliver it to us.

Nothing you type is stored on this website itself.

Separately, the "Book free trial" links on our locations use booking forms hosted by Wufoo (SurveyMonkey). If you complete one of those, the details you enter are collected and stored on Wufoo's platform so that we can process your booking, and are handled in line with their privacy policy as well as this one.

Cookies

This site uses only a small amount of local storage to remember your cookie preference. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of our homepage.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting membership, and then delete it. If you become a member, your details are kept for the duration of your membership and a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
